An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join a highly respected independent planning consultancy with an established reputation for delivering expert planning advice across a diverse range of development sectors.
Working alongside an experienced team of planning professionals, you will be involved in a varied project portfolio including residential, commercial, mixed-use, strategic land and regeneration schemes.
The Role
* Managing planning applications and appeals from inception to determination.
* Preparing planning statements, site appraisals and supporting reports.
* Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base.
* Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders.
* Supporting business development and client relationship management.
* Contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of planning projects.
About You
Town Planner
* Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
* MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
* Previous experience within a planning consultancy, local authority or developer environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Senior Town Planner
* MRTPI qualified.
* Demonstrable experience leading planning projects.
* Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
