We're working with a fast-growing, award-winning sustainable personal care brand on an exciting National Account Manager hire. Founded in the UK, this is a brand with serious momentum, a loyal customer base, and a genuinely differentiated product in a category ripe for disruption.
Having scaled significantly through DTC, the business is now accelerating its retail presence and is looking for an experienced NAM to own and grow relationships with major UK grocery and high-street retailers.
The Role
You'll take ownership of key retail accounts, with a focus on driving distribution, range, and commercial performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to make a real mark at a pivotal stage of a brand's journey.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has been there and done it with the big UK retailers. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong, hands-on experience managing accounts at Boots, Tesco and Sainsbury's
- A track record with a brand that has scaled meaningfully
- The commercial sharpness and relationships to open doors, negotiate terms and drive growth
- A passion for challenger brands, sustainability or consumer health and wellness
