We are now taking on an additional Part-time team member in our Food and Beverage Department which includes the bar, the kitchen and the restaurant (breakfast and dinner)
Job Description
* set up outlets as required by the hotel, and helps clean and tidy areas and equipment used during work shift,
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
* To assist the manager and supervisor in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
* Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
* Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
* Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
* Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
* Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
* Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Strong team player and positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Essential to be flexible with working hours.
* Must already have the right to work in the UK.
