About you - SEN TA - St Albans, Hertfordshire Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a primary or secondary school OR hold relevant CACHE qualifications OR be a recent graduate Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage, and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages SEN experience and knowledge is desirable but not essential - we all start from somewhere!
