As a Warehouse Pricer, you will help us accurately price garments donated to Traid in our London warehouse. You’ll have a strong understanding of various fashion brands, current fashion trends, and seasonal garment valuation. This role is crucial in ensuring our items are priced accurately, reflecting their true value while maintaining our commitment to affordability and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate and price a diverse range of clothing, shoes, and accessories based on brand, current fashion trends, and seasonal relevance.
2. Thoroughly assess the condition and value of garments, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
3. Promote and implement sustainable practices within the pricing and inventory process.
4. Assist in managing the flow of items from donation to sale, ensuring efficient and organized handling of stock.
5. Continuously update knowledge on fashion trends and market value of brands to ensure competitive and fair pricing.
6. Work closely with other team members to maintain a cohesive and productive working environment.
7. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of fashion brands, trends, and seasonal changes in the fashion industry.
8. Possess previous experience in retail, preferably within a charity shop or second-hand retail environment.
9. Have a strong ability to assess garment quality and accurately determine pricing.
10. Be passionate about second-hand fashion and charity retail.
11. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
12. Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
