IT Service Delivery Technician Job Description
We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Technician to provide on-site support for IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. The successful candidate will resolve incidents and support both office and remote employees.
1. Skills and Qualifications:
2. Troubleshooting printers, copiers, and scanners
3. Mobile phone user support
4. Knowledge of BitLocker and NTFS security settings and permissions
5. IT qualifications and experience with Windows systems
6. Desktop support and installation
7. Hardware and Windows OS expertise
8. Security knowledge including endpoint protection, data protection, and encryption tools
9. User support experience in a busy office environment
10. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix, Virtualization, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and WiFi
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to end-user issues via helpdesk ticketing system
2. Provide technical support and fault diagnosis
3. Install and configure IT equipment
4. Administer Microsoft Windows systems
