Sales Development Specialist (Hybrid)
I am on the lookout for a driven and confident Sales Development Specialist to help generate high-quality opportunities within this fast-paced B2B environment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact with prospective clients, loves prospecting, and takes pride in booking well-qualified discovery meetings with senior stakeholders within prospective clients from inbound leads.
What you’ll be doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, qualifying interest and booking discovery meetings
* Running targeted outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email and sales engagement tools
* Engaging senior stakeholders
* Building and managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Working closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns
* Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on activity and pipeline performance
What we’re looking for
* 1–3 years’ experience in Sales Development, BDR or Lead Generation (B2B)
* Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
* Organised, proactive and resilient in a target-driven environment
* Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn and outbound sales tools
* Curious mindset with a genuine interest in understanding customer challenges
This role offers a competitive basic salary depending on experince along with up to £10,000 bonus based on performance. It is a hybrid working with three days in the office and two days working remotely, alongside 25–30 days of annual leave depending on length of service.
