JOB OVERVIEW
This post will be based on a Mobile role, covering predominantly Aberdeen although our area does cover from Dundee all the way up to Inverness..
Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.
We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years' experience in similar Electrical / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
1. Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.
2. Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.
3. Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
4. Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.
5. Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.
