Transition Readiness & Delivery

* Support the operational readiness for transitioning work and clients from SPW to Lloyds Wealth.
* Ensure Client Services processes are suitable for rebranding, platform migration and future Lloyds Wealth operating models.
* Identify operational risks, dependencies and control impacts associated with transition activity, ensuring these are highlighted early and appropriately managed.


Process Ownership & Design

* Ensure current (“as is”) Client Services processes are up to date, identifying pain points, inefficiencies and risks.
* Contribute to shaping and influencing future (“to be”) processes to ensure they are operationally viable and aligned with Lloyds Wealth standards.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert on practical operational considerations, challenging designs that introduce unnecessary complexity or risk.


Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

* Work closely with Change, Technology and Client Office teams on all transition‑related activity.
* Translate strategic change into clear operational impacts so colleagues understand what is changing, when and why.
* Provide clear, evidence‑based insight to stakeholders on readiness, sequencing and go‑live considerations.


Client & Colleague Experience

* Ensure client experience remains safe, consistent and compliant throughout transition activity.
* Support colleagues through change by providing clarity on roles, responsibilities and new ways of working.
* Partner with training and communications teams to ensure operational change is effectively embedded.


Governance & Assurance

* Support governance forums with accurate, timely insight on transition progress and readiness.
* Ensure appropriate controls, documentation and hand‑offs are in place ahead of key transition milestones.
* Escalate where transition activity poses a risk to client outcomes or service standards.


Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong operational background within Client Services.
* Deep understanding of end‑to‑end client journeys and operational risk.
* Ability to translate strategic change into practical, executable processes.
* Confident communicator with the credibility to work effectively with senior stakeholders.


Desirable

* Experience supporting rebranding or platform migration activity.
* Familiarity with large‑scale change environments or matrix organisations.
* Experience working closely with Technology or Change delivery teams.


What Success Looks Like

* Client Services transitions into Lloyds Wealth without disruption to clients or advisers.
* Operational processes are clear, well documented and future‑ready.
* Change initiatives land effectively because operational realities have been designed in from the outset.
* Stakeholders view Client Services as a trusted, proactive partner in transition rather than a downstream recipient.
