Job Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a CFO Evolution - Community Support Worker to join our team.
As a support worker, you will manage a caseload of participants in a community environment. Your responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, providing ongoing guidance, and supporting participants during their sentence through one-on-one and group interventions. These activities aim to help participants overcome challenges, reintegrate into their communities, and successfully exit the program.
This initiative seeks to create safe spaces for individuals who have undergone rehabilitation to engage in positive activities, increase social acceptance, improve health, and develop skills to face daily obstacles.
Our ideal candidate has experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring participants effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits including:

Skills and Experience
* IAG Level 3 - desirable
