We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
* Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
* Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
* Train and develop team members in culinary techniques and customer service practices.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
* Culinary experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
* Supervising experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
* Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
