POSITION SUMMARY: We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive our strategic goals across the UK and international markets. In this leadership role, you’ll develop and execute impactful strategies to promote our products, services, and brand to key customers and industry partners—while ensuring a consistent and professional image across all internal and external touchpoints. You’ll combine creativity with commercial acumen, working cross-functionally with teams like sales, operations, engineering, aftermarket and procurement, and managing key external relationships and suppliers to support business growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, analysing performance, reporting ROI, and recommending future actions. Own the annual video strategy, including budgeting, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and secure asset management. Champion brand consistency and visual identity across all marketing channels, physical assets, and customer-facing materials. Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering professional growth and capability development. Oversee global event project management, delivering high-impact events across the UK, North America, and Asia Pacific. Provide strategic input into marketing initiatives, including quarterly updates for Executive Directors. Track and analyse marketing budgets, collaborating with Finance department to ensure accurate spend management. Lead flagship marketing projects, ensuring high visibility and alignment with brand objectives. Manage customer engagement touchpoints, including events, video content, and testimonials. Collaborate with NFI Group marketing teams, adapting and sharing centralised materials for local markets. Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring quality, consistency, and value across creative, event, and media services. Model company values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards. Budget & ROI Management – Financially savvy with experience in budget oversight and performance optimisation. Mentorship – Ability to guide and develop marketing team members. Adaptability – Resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments. External Collaboration – Experience working with agencies and content creators, including user-generated content. Organisation & Prioritisation – Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Continuous Learning – Commitment to staying current with marketing trends and innovations. 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry (preferred but not essential). A proven track record in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in planning and executing successful campaigns. Demonstrated success in launching new products or entering new markets, with a strategic and commercial mindset. Experience working with or within global or heritage brands, with an understanding of brand positioning and consistency. Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
