About the Role We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of major construction projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across new‑build construction schemes, with healthcare sector exposure considered highly advantageous due to the technical, compliance‑driven nature of the work. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the project is delivered on budget, commercially protected, and aligned with contractual obligations.
