Residential Property Solicitor – Sutton Coldfield

Our client is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its dynamic Residential Property team at its Sutton Coldfield office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected and expanding law firm with a strong local presence and a client-first approach.
Whether you’re a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, if you have a solid background in residential conveyancing, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, your role will involve managing a caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:

* Handling freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases
* Managing remortgage transactions and equity release cases
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles and transfer documents
* Handling transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
* Ensuring compliance with CQS protocols and quality standards
* Providing supervision and support to conveyancing assistants
* Building strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
* Cross-referring clients to other legal departments where appropriate

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
* Knowledge of local property markets in Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Experience in business development and networking
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
* A collaborative, team-focused attitude
