About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support in the day-to-day management and optimisation of our online store. This role will play a key part in ensuring products are accurately presented on site and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of new products and new brands is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end setup of new products on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Liaise with the Trading team to obtain correct product copy, imagery, and relevant assets
* Ensure all product descriptions and on-site content are written and within our best practice guidelines
* Coordinate website imagery requests and manage the upload of final assets to Shopify
* Upload and manage video content across product pages
* Create and maintain brand pages and product collections for new and existing lines
* Support merchandising of collections to optimise the customer journey
* Provide day-to-day support by responding to queries from Customer Service and other internal departments
About You
Skills & Experience
* Proficient IT skills include MS office 365
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Ability to learn new tasks efficiently and absorb new information
* Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
* Experience working on a retail e-commerce website
* Experience using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
* Basic understanding of digital merchandising and user experience
* Familiarity with image and content management systems
