We are looking for Graduates to join our Building Services teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with a diverse range of clients and projects.
Responsibilities
* Working as a Graduate in one of our Building Services teams, on exciting and innovative projects including large office buildings, hospitals, hotels, residential complexes, data centres and education buildings.
* Designing, developing and maintaining essential systems and services to ensure the functionality, safety and comfort of buildings (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems and public health services).
* Being embedded in multidisciplinary teams and mentored by experienced engineers, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and innovative solutions.
* Supporting projects across Building Services – Building Technology Systems, Energy & Sustainability, and related disciplines.
* Participating in site visits, drafting layouts (Mechanical or Electrical) using Revit or AutoCAD, reviewing technical drawings, and coordinating with other disciplines.
* Assisting senior engineers in preparing tender documents and observing installations or conducting surveys as required.

What we’re looking for / Qualifications
* Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject for the role.
* Application form completed in full with all questions answered; online skill enabler assessment may be required. Both are essential parts of the recruitment process.
* You’ll be looking to start work in September 2026.
* You’ll have a passion for Building Services or Technology Systems and a desire for the future of the built world.
* Willingness to research, learn and analyse technologies and operating processes, with awareness of specialist building systems including lighting and security.
* Demonstrate creativity, problem-solving drive, and the ability to inspire with new ideas.
