* Through a person-centred approach, you will provide both group & 121 activities to stimulate the mind, body & soul of your residents.
* Championing our ‘Continue Being Me’ ethos, you'll work with your colleagues to create unique and highly personal experiences for residents.
* You will empower & support your residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence.
* Talented in organisation, you'll develop our community events and project calendar continuing & growing our Summer BBQ, Halloween and Christmas Light Switch on events!
* With unparalleled kindness, you will thrive in helping your residents with their everyday needs.
* Easily developing rewarding relationships with everyone at Milton Ernest, families, health professionals & your local community will be your passion.
* The community partnerships you'll build will bring joy to the residents and bring Milton Ernest Hall into the very heart of the local area.
Who you are.
Creative: You're experienced in social media and the art of storytelling. Comfortable posting on our Facebook page.
Courageous: You'll have a clean driving license with a willingness to learn how to drive our mini-bus for trips out with residents! (You must be over 25 for this bit)
