* Processing invoices and payments accurately and on time.
* Maintaining the company's purchase ledger.
* Performing reconciliations of supplier statements.
* Handling queries related to invoices and payments.
* Ensuring compliance with CIS regulations.
* Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
* Working closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
* Supporting the Accounting & Finance Department with other tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

* Construction industry experience is preferable.
