Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated watchmaker to join our vibrant team in Norfolk.
The candidate must be passionate and have an eye for detail.
Specific to this role:
* Assembly and finishing
* Timings
* Quality control
* Assist with development
* Monitor inventory
* Plating
* Operate laser
* Hand and dial making (training given)
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience, but this is not essential.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in watch repair and maintenance, including experience working with mechanical watches and clocks
* Skills in quality control and a demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
* Deep understanding of watch construction and an appreciation for craftsmanship
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work effectively in a small team and embrace a collaborative environment
* Previous experience in hand assembly or fine craftsmanship is a plus
* A WOSTEP/BHI diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
