Position: Human Resources Operations Assistant at WebMD

The Human Resources Ops Assistant supports the HR team in administering company policies, benefits, and HR queries, focusing on the UK region.
Responsibilities:
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with IT and Office Management.
* Deliver HR induction sessions to new employees.
* Assist in implementing HR policies.
* Administer benefits for UK employees, liaising with brokers and providers.
* Manage leave of absence processes, including sickness and maternity leaves.
* Address HR-related queries promptly and effectively.
* Utilize HR information systems for data management.
* Support documentation for employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
* Assist with employee relocations, including documentation and payroll adjustments.
* Maintain HR trackers and databases.
* Support ad hoc HR projects as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* At least 2 years of HR experience.
* Proficiency in key HR functions: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, organizational development.
* Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
* Proactive attitude with a focus on results.
* High sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense.
* Professional and courteous demeanor, capable of working with diverse individuals.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in G-suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Must pass pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work verification.
