1to1 Group is currently seeking a driven and an inhouse Customer Services/Sales Co-ordinator for a fast-growing company in the Winchester area. Role Details:
·Winchester.
·8:30am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break.
·£32,000 plus pending experience
·Commission Structure
·Office Based
·£400 car allowance is offered after probation period.
Key responsibilities:
·Enhance customer retention by managing existing accounts.
·Strengthen the company’s position as a trusted supplier by maintaining and expanding key customer relationships.
·Build trust and establish lasting partnerships with stakeholders through effective engagement.
·Tailor strategies to address the unique needs and expectations of diverse customers.
·Deliver account management and business development initiatives aligned with company goals.
Required skills and experience:
·A highly proactive self-starter with strong negotiation skills, you must be able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
·Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
·Demonstrated success in Account Management/Customer Services.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
·A full, valid UK driving licence.
