Sales Executive / Account Manager (Internal Sales, B2B)
Location: Bangor, County Down
Salary: £35,000 + Benefits (Negotiable DOE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with B2B sales, internal sales, or account management experience to join a growing commercial team with exposure to international markets (US and Europe).
This is an office-based internal sales / account management role, focused on developing existing customer relationships rather than cold calling or field sales.
Key duties include (but not limited to):
* Managing and developing existing B2B customer accounts
* Driving sales growth, repeat business, and account retention
* Supporting product launches, promotions, and range reviews
* Working closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams
* Maintaining accurate CRM systems, sales forecasts, and reporting
* Handling customer enquiries and ensuring high service levels
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
* Previous experience in Sales Executive, Account Manager, Internal Sales, or B2B Sales roles
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Commercial mindset with experience working to sales targets or KPIsi
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident working with international customers
Desirable
* Experience within manufacturing, plastics, FMCG, wholesale, or hair/beauty sectors
* Experience supporting export or international sales
