The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Analyst to join a growing, high-performing healthcare team. Ideal candidates will be an investment banking professional with 1–2 years relevant M&A experience from an investment bank or boutique advisory firm. You’ll be at the heart of the deal process—originating, analysing, and executing transactions rather than working from the sidelines.
A strong interest in the healthcare sector is advantageous, and deep accounting knowledge is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct company valuations and build detailed financial models
* Prepare materials for client and internal presentations
* Attend client meetings and liaise with third-party advisors
* Build financial models
* Perform market, segment, and sector analysis for investment opportunities
* Produce statistical analyses of fund and business performance
* Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality outcomes
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Must have 1 – 2 years of relevant M&A experience within an investment bank or boutique advisory firm
* Strong technical accounting knowledge, including three-statement analysis
* Exceptional financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills
* Proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership
* A collaborative team player who thrives in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments
