We’re hiring an Executive Researcher to join our investment markets practice at IGA Talent Solutions.
IGA Talent Solutions is a specialist executive search and talent advisory business operating at senior levels across financial and professional services. We support clients in planning for tomorrow, advising on the skills, individuals and technology required to stay ahead in an ever-changing market.
Our approach is advisory led, combining market knowledge with a flexible, modular delivery model. We begin with our clients’ objectives and challenges, with the view that the right individual is typically the solution. We then focus on identifying and engaging that individual.
Investment is a core market for the business, where we’ve built deep relationships over a 15-year period. It’s a global, technically interesting space that sits close to wider financial markets and global affairs, with strong underlying economics and resilience through cycles.
The role is research-led, working closely with a Managing Director across senior mandates. It combines market mapping, candidate engagement and insight, with increasing exposure to clients over time.
What you’ll be doing
* Building detailed market maps across the institutional investment landscape
* Engaging regularly with candidates and developing long-term relationships
* Supporting end-to-end delivery on executive search mandates
* Contributing to market insight and broader client work
* Gradually stepping into candidate interviews and client interaction

* Previous recruitment experience in a similar market (finance, wealth, insurance, legal etc.)
Background
You might already be in research or executive search, or coming from a contingent background and want to move into a more candidate and insight-led model. An interest in investment markets is important and deep prior knowledge isn’t essential.
