This school is seeking a motivated and skilled Maths Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive Mathematics Department. Duties as a Maths Teacher:
* Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning needs
* Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
* Create a positive and productive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
* Support the development of schemes of work and share best practices within the department
* Use data effectively to track progress and support pupil achievement
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, enrichment or tutoring
* Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues
Ideal Maths Teacher:
* Hold QTS and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject
* Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching maths
* Have strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire learners at all levels
* Be reflective, resilient and committed to continuous professional growth
* Be a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills as a Maths Teacher.
* Have a positive attitude and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality education
