Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
1. Manage key client communications, focusing on recruitment, fulfillment, and account development.
2. Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for calls and client meetings.
3. Build rapport with clients and candidates through consistent contact.
4. Provide quality service by matching candidates effectively and ensuring all documentation and site tours are completed.
5. Support resource allocation for key vacancies.
6. Monitor worker performance regularly to ensure satisfaction.
7. Recruit and select quality applicants to sustain a workforce.
8. Advertise effectively to attract the best responses, complying with legal requirements.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to prevent account dormancy.
10. Structure activities to maximize revenue and positive client outcomes.
11. Follow agreed work and action plans.
12. Cross-sell other divisions within the business.
