Salary: OTE £55,000 + benefits
We are looking for an experienced Transaction Manager to join our Leicester dealership, specialising in used car sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled automotive sales professional to maximise sales, ensure compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring all finance, insurance, and paperwork is completed accurately and compliantly
* Present and tailor finance and add-on products to meet customer needs
* Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through their purchase
* Support and coach the Sales team to improve performance and close deals
* Conduct part-exchange valuations and provide expert advice to customers
* Maintain accurate records, manage diaries, and conduct post-sale follow-up
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and drive showroom performance
About You:
* Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or similar role in automotive sales
* Strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements
* Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and customer-focused
* Full xxuwjjq UK driving licence
