We’re recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, well-run SEN school in Durham. The pupils have a range of needs, and the school focuses on emotional wellbeing as much as academic learning.
Your role will involve:
1. Supporting pupils with SEND on a daily basis
2. Helping create a safe, structured environment
3. Encouraging independence and confidence
4. Being a reliable, familiar face
We’re looking for someone who:
