The Impact you will have:
1. To promote and drive a positive approach to SHEQ and a positive SHEQ culture within Specialist Services Vertical and the wider group.
2. To provide proactive support, guidance, advice and coaching to all stakeholders throughout your allocated region on all SHEQ related matters.
3. Ensure continued compliance with company policies/ procedures, ISO accreditations and other requirements within region.
4. Developing and implementing new processes to ensure to ensure continued effectiveness and legal/ best practice compliance.
5. Planning and undertaking SHEQ audits as per agreed targets.
6. Support the implementation of business projects in the fields of health and safety, quality or environment including planning and leading smaller projects.
7. Identifying areas of risk or non-conformity and acting on them appropriately.
