Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day contract administration, formal correspondence, notices, and governance.
* Manage change control, evaluate variations and claims, and support negotiation and resolution.
* Identify commercial and contractual risks; propose and implement mitigation actions.
* Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts (FIDIC-based & bespoke).
* Oversee cost management teams in valuations, cost reporting, and financial monitoring.
* Coordinate with contractors, design consultants, and supervision consultants to ensure compliance.
* Validate contractor commercial submissions and payment applications.
* Prepare concise contractual and commercial reports for Directors.
Requirements:
* 10+ years in contracts/commercial management within PMC or construction.
* Strong background in residential and hospitality projects.
* Proven experience in claims, change management, and risk management.
* Excellent contractual writing and negotiation skills.
* Based in KSA with solid knowledge of local regulations.
* Arabic speaker (mandatory).
* Preferred qualifications: MRICS, MCIArb, MCIOB, or LLM.
