I'm currently recruiting for a friendly well established Law firm in Farnborough who is looking for a Legal secretary to join their busy Family Team, this role would suit either a Graduate looking to start their career in Family Law or a Legal secretary, this is a full time office based role. Daily duties will include - * Typing, including maintenance of precedent files and adequate back-ups * Filing/maintenance of files * Management of Fee Earners’ diaries * Resolving telephone enquiries * Client liaison * Utilising all computer and software systems within the office after appropriate training * General support of Department * General support for other Departments when necessary (eg in the event of sickness, absence on holiday cover or pressure of work) * Post cover where necessary * Liaising with Office Junior regarding photocopying requirements and, where necessary (ie due to absence or workload of Office Junior) to carry out photocopying * Working in tandem with other staff in the Department * Reception cover where necessary * Any other duties as reasonably directed by the Partners.
