Overview
We are offering the role of Pharmacy Assistant Procurement and Goods In Assistant. This full‑time position replaces an internal promotion. The role is based within the Inpatient Pharmacy Procurement Team and is primarily office based with some warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
* Obtain medication in a timely fashion for patients as part of the dedicated pharmacy team.
* Prioritise tasks and maintain high volumes of data entry and general office duties.
* Perform warehouse duties and support cross‑site work between RPH and CDH.
* Communicate with suppliers to meet daily deadlines, using a PC and a right‑first‑time approach.
Working Hours & Flexibility
Core hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 7.5 hours each day. Additional hours may be required by bed capacity; any overtime will be reimbursed with pay or time off in lieu.
Qualifications & Skills
* Team player with excellent attention to detail and a can‑do attitude.
* Well‑organised with strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
* Previous experience in an office or warehouse setting is advantageous.
* Training and support will be provided for those meeting the above criteria.
