What you'll be doing
1. Commercial business partner to the Senior Business Partnering & Commercial Finance Manager
2. Wholly responsible for the recommendation of budget EBITDA Engineering targets and production of the budget.
3. Accountable for the reporting, monthly forecasting and tracking of financial performance of the Engineering & Compensation areas.
4. Develop cost driver models to articulate variances to budget via operational metrics to drive efficiency.
5. Compare and contrast across brands and within brands to highlight areas of inefficiency.
6. Highlight any risks and opportunities to financial targets.
7. Owner of business case sign-off.
