Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
Working closely with a senior director, servicing a varied civil litigation caseload, including but not limited to boundary & land disputes, professional negligence, property damage claims, debt recovery and contract disputes.
Conducting case reviews following disputes in liability, cases with complexity, where settlement & costs proposals are rejected, where further investigations are required etc..
Allocation of administrative tasks as / when required
Attending hearings, preparing cases and instructing council as / when required
