Overview
This a varied and interesting role, as Duty Manager you will wear many hats! You will manage, recruit and train staff, deal with customer concerns, drive memberships, prepare reports and attend meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and must be a motivated individual who takes responsibility to lead a team and ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre. Flexibility is required, including working shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications
Desirable experience in a supervisory/management role within a leisure facility. First aid experience is a plus. Must hold an NPLQ qualification. Excellent customer service and leadership skills are required.
