Job Title: Head of Operational Security
Salary: £66,000 - £88,350
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full Time/Permanent (35 hours per week)
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Operational Security to join a passionate and knowledgeable team that manages exam security for our English language assessments. We deliver millions of exams to learners around the world every year and this team focuses on designing security into all stages of the process to prevent malpractice and exam fraud and to ensure exam results are valid and fair.

About the role
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the operational security strategy for exams, ensuring robust measures are in place while driving continuous improvement across the function.
* Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships, influencing others and making a case for change

* Oversee and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness
* Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and industry standards

About you
We’re looking for a strategic leader with expertise in stakeholder management and a passion for driving change in a global, regulated environment.

* Experience in exam security or a related field
* Global risk mitigation awareness
* Understanding of regulatory and recognition requirements affecting assessments
