It collaborates with policymakers and law enforcement and provides Quarterly Members Meetings, Annual Events, Regulatory Updates as well as continued professional development training in the UK and Europe. Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant at the AMLP Forum, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our events to related audiences primarily through LinkedIn. Your responsibilities will span dynamic marketing efforts on LinkedIn, market research as well as sponsorship management. You'll craft and implement innovative strategies to boost our online presence, align with our goals, and ensure our messages reach and resonate with our target audience effectively. Responsibilities: LinkedIn Management P lan and schedule regular posts (long/short form, polls, carousels) including event announcements, financial crime industry insights, news, and articles to foster a strong, engaging presence on LinkedIn. Expand AMLP Forums LinkedIn reach and regularly engage with LinkedIn connections. Sponsorship Management Identify new opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships by reaching out presenting tailored sponsorship opportunities that align with their and our business goals and values and by r egularly engaging via LinkedIn. Manage and maintain all the sponsors in an Excel sheet, ensuring all data is up to date. Email Marketing Assist on developing and executing email marketing campaigns, promoting the AMLP Forum's events, initiatives, and sponsorship opportunities. Assist with the company's bi-weekly newsletter by monitoring the latest developments in the financial crime industry. Website Management Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring all upcoming Members Meetings and Annual Event details such as event programme, speaker bios and pictures are up to date and accurate. Update the website News and Resource Centre incorporation with the latest bi-weekly newsletter news. Market Research Conduct weekly potential customer research on LinkedIn to increase AMLP Forums LinkedIn reach. Identify the new potential contacts and maintain all in both Excel sheets and our CRM database, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Support the Member's Meetings and Annual Events on the day. F2F attendance is required to provide administrative assistance in AMLP Forums Hybrid Members Meetings and Annual Events hosting 100-500 delegates, to ensure smooth operations. Facilitate seamless IT set-up for virtual attendees through Zoom/Microsoft Teams. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is required. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with the finance sector is a bonus Knowledge of WordPress, Campaign Monitor, Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Zoom. Proficiency in copywriting LinkedIn content. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why Join Us?
