We are looking for a Supporter Experience Coordinator to provide an exceptional level of service to our valued supporters, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. This role is essential in fostering long term support by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, processing donations and assisting with fundraising administration. You will be the first point of contact for supporters, ensuring all queries are handled with care, efficiency and enthusiasm. Every interaction will leave supporters feeling valued and appreciated.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for fundraising queries, providing helpful and timely support.
* Welcoming supporters to the Supporter Hub and creating a warm, positive experience.
* Processing donations promptly and ensuring they are acknowledged in a timely and heartfelt manner, whether by telephone, email or handwritten cards.
* Maintaining accurate supporter records and ensuring data is processed correctly, with full respect for marketing preferences.
* Contributing to the smooth delivery of fundraising initiatives, from large scale campaigns and community events to more personal and meaningful supporter interactions.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage data efficiently. A proactive, customer focused approach to problem solving will be essential, along with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

We offer care to patients, families and carers in the Hospice's In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma's community team, and at our Out-Patients.
We have around 300 employees working across the main Hospice site in Moortown, Retail Hub in Bramley, a large chain of charity shops, and out in the community.
