The school is seeking a passionate, resilient, and dedicated qualified teacher to join their experienced and supportive team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start for the successful candidate.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working in an SEN or SEMH setting
A strong understanding of the needs of pupils with SEMH, ADHD, and related conditions
Creativity, resilience, and a genuine passion for transforming young livesThe Role
As a teacher at this school, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of children and young people. You will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the targets in each pupil's EHCP
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel valued, empowered, and motivated
Build positive relationships and provide emotional as well as academic support
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff, to ensure holistic support for all pupils
