We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support our team of Financial Advisors in Honiton and Exeter. The Role: As a Wealth Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our advisory services. Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing and processing client documentation and reports. Maintaining accurate client records using financial CRM systems. Liaising with product providers and clients regarding account queries and transaction processing. Assisting with research and technical tasks to support the review process. Requirements: Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Familiarity with financial products such as pensions and investments. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong IT proficiency, especially with MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (travel between offices required).
