Overview
* The appointed solicitor will be advising on complex proceeds of crime matters including asset restraint, confiscation, and enforcement linked to serious criminal activity.
* You will analyse large volumes of evidence and work closely with investigators at an early stage to shape case strategy.
* Managing cases throughout the prosecution process, including making charging decisions, preparing legal documents, and providing guidance on disclosure and evidential matters.
* Applicants should be qualified Solicitors with at least 4 years' PQE and strong criminal law experience; exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations is highly advantageous.
