WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Sample Management Administrator to join our team here in Liverpool, UK. We’re looking for a dedicated Sample Management Administrator to become part of our Laboratory Administration team. Our department plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service by ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally. From quoting services to coordinating appointments, and liaising with various departments and clients, we strive to offer the most efficient and tailored solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately referencing samples and entering data to the highest quality standards, while meeting or exceeding productivity targets set by AHK and our clients. Key Responsibilities: Sample Opening: Verify delivery documents (AWB) match samples and post room info. Safely repackage samples and notify the job owner of receipt. Sample Dispatch: Identify samples for dispatch via LabCreate, generate detailed dispatch letters, and provide the job owner with the AWB upon receipt from the post room. Sample Entry: Use a checklist to ensure all entered information is accurate and complete. Checking Process: Compare assay request forms with sample and client details, flag discrepancies for correction, then forward samples for processing once resolved.
