The Role Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations matters Manage cases relating to absence, conduct, grievance, capability and performance Support investigations, meetings and formal processes through to conclusion Ensure all activity aligns with current legislation and internal policy Maintain accurate records, documentation and case updates Assist with the delivery of manager training and people-focused initiatives Work collaboratively with wider HR teams on continuous improvement projects Promote a fair, inclusive and positive workplace culture What You'll Bring Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role Strong understanding of ER processes and employment legislation Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Professional, discreet and solutions-focused approach CIPD qualified or currently working toward qualification desirable Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools advantageous Why Apply?
