A forward-moving firm with a strong presence in the South West and Wales is seeking a Construction Senior Associate to join their established construction and infrastructure team. This is a key hire to support growth through 2025 and beyond.
The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality construction work across a broad client base including central and local government, developers, contractors, engineering firms, housebuilders, banks, and funders.
What You’ll Be Doing

* Advising on a range of construction matters, including both advisory and non-contentious work
\t
* Supporting a diverse client portfolio across public and private sectors
\t
* Collaborating with a team of recognised construction specialists
\t
* Contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and sector development
\t
\t
What You’ll Bring
\t
* At least 3 years PQE, ideally gained at a large regional, national, or international firm
\t
* Experience in non-contentious construction law, or a combination of contentious and advisory work
\t
* Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively across complex construction matters
\t
* Ambition to contribute to a leading team in the South West and Wales market
