Lead Data Engineer - Manager - KPMG Curve 106256
Base Location: Leeds based (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)
Requirements: Applicants must hold or be capable of obtaining UK National Security Vetting, which may include residency in the UK for at least 5 years and UK or dual UK nationality. Applications will not be considered without these requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Lead client delivery, ensuring high standards
* Bring experience in cloud data engineering and contribute to team solutions
Requirements:
* Experience with Python, Scala, Spark, SQL
* Knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
* Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure
* Understanding of data security and system architecture
* Experience with code review standards and troubleshooting
* Experience with cloud platforms and native cloud resources
* Leading Agile methodologies
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Extras:
* Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience with machine learning and data science applications
* Familiarity with open-source technologies and Data Platform Technologies like Quantexa, Palantir, DataBricks
* Knowledge of test automation frameworks
