We are looking for a SHEQ Skills and Competence Coordinator to support training initiatives, facilitate learning, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and promote continuous development among our teams.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assist in implementing SHEQ strategies, including supporting facilitators and managing data systems.
* Coordinate SHEQ training sessions and monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance.
* Facilitate communication between the Skills and Competence team and key stakeholders.
* Maintain training records and generate reports on SHEQ and LIFE programme metrics.
* Support the management of training events and presentations, ensuring smooth delivery across teams.
* Provide expert support for SHEQ learning and development initiatives, including LIFE Orientations and the Alliance Passport to Work.
* Assist in coordinating health, safety, and wellbeing training sessions.
* Offer administrative support for cross-functional teamwork, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the Alliance.
* Coordinate training logistics and keep competency records up-to-date for reporting and audits.
* Produce detailed reports on training performance to track progress against SHEQ targets.
