Area Manager - Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor * Long-term AMP8 projects * Leading Civils & Utilities contractor * Ideal role for an experienced Site Supervisor to take the next step into management SSA are recruiting for an Area Manager to join a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working as part of their Thames Water framework, working on developer services projects across North London. The Site Agent would be responsible for: * Managing day to day site operations * Ensuring construction is completed in accordance with company & industry health & safety standards, and is in budget, and on the expected timeline * Liaising with internal teams to plan and programme construction and installation works * Management of plant, materials, and site labour * Subcontractor liaison and management * Leading site meetings to discuss project resources, timeline, budget etc * Contribute to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers They are able to offer an excellent salary & package, including car allowance/company car, healthcare, employee & employer pension, support for further learning & other benefits.
