The Role
We're looking for a motivated
Sales Manager
to lead and develop our in-house and remote sales teams. You'll drive performance, implement effective sales strategies, and play a key part in achieving our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve business goals
* Lead, motivate, and manage remote and in-house sales teams
* Monitor sales performance and report to senior management
* Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales processes
* Provide daily training, mentorship, and performance management
* Achieve and exceed weekly KPIs
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales management or team leadership
* Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills
* Target-driven with a strategic, hands-on approach
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft
