Overview
Wilton Village has recently changed ownership and is now seeking to re-establish a retail oriented leisure and shopping facility in the heart of Wilton. To assisting with this development we have created a new position of Marketing Executive to assist in all aspect of the site promotion, brand building and social meeting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to successfully execute marketing campaigns across various channels. As this is a new role we are flexible as to the exact scope of the role which we can flex to suit the right candidate, but the ability to work unsupervised and be a self starter will be important.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Manage and optimise SEO efforts to improve website visibility and traffic.
* Oversee project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
* Create engaging content for various platforms, including copywriting for websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing promotional materials and social media graphics.
* Manage the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for user experience.
* Execute Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
* Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
* Oversee social media management, crafting posts that engage audiences across platforms.
* Collaborate with B2B clients to develop tailored marketing solutions that meet their needs.
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Demonstrate leadership within the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
Experience
* Previous experience in a marketing role .
* The ability to lead projects from conception through execution.
* Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing techniques.
* Communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with experience in copywriting
* Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for engagement.
* Good. organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IT systems is advantageous.
