Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Lincolnshire County Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract as part of their Wellbeing Hub. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, delivering a professional and empathetic service.

Provide advice and guidance to individuals seeking support from Adult Care, the Carer Service, or the Wellbeing Service.

Record and process information accurately, using IT systems while managing live calls.
*
Handle complex, sensitive, or emotive contacts with professionalism and confidentiality.
*
Apply a strengths-based approach to promote positive outcomes for residents.
